Funding Guidelines

Every year the Goodhue County Child & Family Collaborative offers grants to schools and community organizations to further the mission and the goals of the Collaborative.

Our funding for State Fiscal Year 2024-2026 (July 2023-June 2026) is intended to further the following goal:

Strengthen resilience & protective factors in families, schools, and communities. 

​

Protective factors are:

  • Parental resilience

  • Social connections

  • Concrete support

  • Knowledge of parenting and child development

  • Social and emotional competence in children

  • Nurturing and attachment

​

Public schools, governmental agencies, and 501(c)(3) organizations that primarily serve children and families in Goodhue County are eligible to apply for funding from the Collaborative.
