The Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families is a shared structure for collective impact in Goodhue County, MN. We are a partnership of schools, social services, public health, corrections, community non-profits, and mental health providers that is committed to working on complex issues that affect children and families. We are an integrated children's mental health and family services collaborative and part of the Education Partnerships Coalition in Minnesota.
